My first dance with 2016. Opened 3 hours before drinking. Very primary and very Gevrey. Yannick is a purist winemaker. No sulphur, very little intervention. Nose was beautiful, palate more restrained, but you can foresee what the future will bring having this served alongside an 06 which was singing. The 06 & 16 Clos Goillote was also in this tasting and was incredible....
