Really pretty nose. Gorgeous peach, minerals and powdery stones. Wow, vineyard peach. Super clean, pure and precise. Awesome balance, peaches and lively minerality combine for a elegant yet dense finish packed with minerals and pithy fleshy and intense peaches. Really playful and serious at the same time. Exceptional length. Superb. — 2 months ago
Medium plus body. Nice balanced tone of cherries, oak, and tannins. Goes well with Italian food, or with steak, or alone. $28 bottle; will need to stock up — 2 months ago
Insane nose. Heaven. Wowsers. Impossibly complex. Just insane. Sponti. Lime flesh, lime pith and lime zest all there. OMG so deep. This is the most insane nose. It’s almost indescribable. So much slate but so so layered. Just insane. Woodland scents. Fairy dust! It smells like Lord of the Rings. You know what I mean. Chalk. Confectionary sugar. Just insane. 9.8/9.9 on the pop and pour. Just sick. It’s outrageous but also reserved. It has a zen like calming effect on oneself. Wow. Just stunning. It’s so deep, so textured, so ripe and so ethereal. It’s the whole package. It’s like Mike Trout. The purity of this is insane. Just insane. Beyond. The structure is there but hidden and the key is the 8-9 grams of sugar which make this not punishingly dry. What a wine. Maybe even white cherry after some air. This is sickness. The nose is at a 9.9 now. Wow the minerals, the roundness yet this has so much energy and did I mention the salt! This is salty as fuck. And my god is it long. It’s effortless. It’s so complex and insane yet effortless. Is the Kevin Durant of Riesling? Sure seems like it. — 11 days ago

Wow, just wow. One of the best Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) that I’ve had in a long time. Amazingly complex nose - woodsy, brooding, almost teriyaki beef jerky (?!). One the palate juicy black cherries and spice. Really well done. I’m bummed that I only have one bottle left of this. — 2 months ago
Old vine Portugieser, spontaneously fermented with 50% whole cluster, matured in old large wood for 18m.
This is full of black dusty fruit (plums, mulberries) with a whiff of allspice and cloves. There’s also a fresh floral note. On the palate this is light yet fruity full - cool, fresh, juicy, sappy, with decent acidity and light, sawdust like tannins. Nothing complex or fancy but so fresh, so alive & drinkable, joyful. Delightful!

Fluffy peach skin, toasted coconut, fresh Marizipan , nutty, and marshmallowness. Gummy peach rings, apple skins. But dry, salty, and savory. 🦄 — a month ago
