This 8 year old Pinot Noir from Oregon is drinking very nicely now. Complex and interesting. Feels like a lightly aged Burgundy.
Good right out of the bottle, and gets earthier as it opens. Will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.
I had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent.
Elegant and good by itself or with food.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

Very hardy Zin. Would definitely recommend to all. Dark cherry and spice on the nose and great finish. — 2 years ago
The last bottle from my cellar. No formal notes. This has become more black fruited; structure remains status quo. Apropos, this remains an delicious wine that begs for food. The RTW series from CCC and Lodi continue to be one of the wines I look forward to most each year. Drink now and over through 2030. — 3 years ago
Light red in color with light intensity.
Fruity nose of bing cherries, red candy, light wood and chocolates.
Medium-bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with cherries, raspberries, sweet strawberries, light oak, spices, earth, herbs and light green vegetables.
Tangy finish with soft tannins and raspberries.
This 3-year-old Pinot Noir from Oregon is starting to drink nicely now, but still very young. Needs 3 to 5 years in the bottle to mature properly.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes.
This Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is showing nice complexity with a soft mouth feel. Elegant, easy drinking and good by itself or with food.

Had in Thanksgiving after dinner. Still the best wine broc makes. Wish he didn’t do so many other random wines that have no soul. This is amazing fruit, tastes like zin but so well balanced. It was like an aperitif to bridge dinner and dessert. — 2 years ago
I’ve waxed (eloquent? Well, at least waxed!! 🤔) about the virtues and quality of this excellent 2020 Zinfandel multiple times, but this wine is still punching well above its weight (the so-called “leftovers” that didn’t make the single vineyard cut), long finish, lovely!! Going to the Bedrock pickup party in Sonoma tomorrow to get some of the 2024s I’ve already purchased, so this is a great warmup!! — 2 months ago
