Paired with sautéed tiger prawns. Wine Spectator Club NYC. — 4 years ago
There’s something slightly off with this. Not cork, maybe Brett? A certain tiger to the nose and Adour hard not toward the end of the mid palate. Far from enough to make this unsinkable but I suspect not a fully correct bottle. That aside very dark, brooding fruit. Some sour cherry and iron, bitter dark chocolate. Maybe the wine’s like that... hard to tell — 5 years ago
Tight like a tiger with a belly full of ripe berries.# tiger belly — 6 years ago
Elderflower as the main tone with tiger flowers on the side, quite full with aromas and even nice slightly soothing bitterness coming in the aftertaste. Completely enjoyable — 3 years ago

Santa Barbera Chardonnay is really becoming a favourite of mine. The Pinot from SB seems to get all the attention here in Sweden but the Chardonnay is outperforming the Pinot by a mile. Very bright and well balanced. Seashell, pear, honey, hezelnuts, jasmin, tiger balm. — 3 years ago
Smooth and silky. Absolutely perfect nigori. — 4 years ago
Bought this in person on honeymoon in NZ. Very unique profile. As others have stated, almost translucent. Has earthy, mineraly, but delicious profile. One of the better pinots I’ve ever had. — 6 years ago
