Nose has candied pineapple, very ripe nectarine, straw bale, white/yellow flowers and lemon peel.
Palate has tangerine zest, Mandarin orange slice, under-ripe peach, wet river rocks, slightly waxy texture with a short finish.
Decanted 2H.
A quite youthful bottle, revisit 2026+
On point with the Spätlese style connection per Vinous comments.
Paired to Chicken Adobo (Milk Street recipe) and I'm convinced that coconut milk ingredient dishes are a perfect match to Riesling. — 4 years ago
Wine auction winner. Smooth and subtle. Finish to match. Cherry tobacco notes. Paired with grilled ribeye steaks — 2 years ago
2018 vintage. One of the oldest Bordeaux estates, owned today by a French insurance group. A big estate with over 90 hectares under vine. Lovely floral nose. Medium-bodied, with bright fruit and remarkable freshness, but the tannins are a bit rough in the finish, and it lacks a bit of length. Good value for 26 euros, but no match for the 2018 Château Olivier (another one of the oldest Bordeaux estates) tasted alongside. — 5 years ago
Man Coche just puts everyone else to shame. 2015 is just incredible, belying the warmth of the vintage with electric energy, racy acids and a texture that sets it apart, wrapping around the palate with tremendous density and depth to its layers. I want to smell its struck match-lemon custard bouquet all day. Still my favorite white wines along with Raveneau. — 2 years ago
What can I say? Needs about 30 min of air odd at first and than absolutely brillant. Raspberry driven, thyme, touch oregano, lime, quite tannic at first which mellows out in the glass over time. Drink now or keep for 1-2 years more. A benchmark wine. A unicorn, A singleton, no one makes wine like Enderle & Moll. A perfect match with Salmon. Needs food. — 4 years ago

Love it. Had it at the Rusty Pelican in Miami trying to match seafood and steak. Dark fruit flavors of plum and cherries. Oak/vanilla hints. Well balanced wine with a long finish. — 12 days ago
