Second of two bottles. First was a bit muted, second bottle had a more fragrant nose and deeper palate. — 11 days ago
A very happy find, this grenache/syrah blend. It's heavy on the cassis, licorice, and stone. Some blood orange on the bitter-ish finish. But, not unpleasant in any way. I agree with Scott's note: This wine does go down softer than most CDR's. @Scott@Mister A’s-San Diego

Best wine on Christmas Eve. Such great balance. Tons of fruit and earth and minerals and goodness. Great with food. — 12 days ago
Delicious cremant. Smooth and rich, dry. Gitane - Christmas Eve — 14 days ago
Fascinating, after my recent run of so-so to DNPIM (do not put in mouth) CdPs from 25 or so years of age, here’s a “basic cuvée” of CdP (think $18-20 bottle on release) that is punching far above its weight, red fruits, very fine CdP that is drinking great now, long, lingering finish, and shows promise for another 3-5 years of aging!! — 19 days ago
Surprise! Was poked in 2016 and it’s still drinking nicely. Lean more muscular but interesting profile of Pinot that mashes you think about it — 24 days ago
Friendly and fruty (strawberries), opens after two hours and becomes more complex — 25 days ago
