Aged and amber color. Really liked the aged taste. Wine transitions to water after some time. — a month ago
2022/8/28-30. I understand this contains at least some amount of Pinot Beurot. This starts out reminiscent of bruised apple cider - there’s a bit of a burnished, earthy, oxidative note. There’s plenty of intensity and personality, but for a while it seems a little rough and ready. It’s only on the second day, towards the end, and at a higher temperature than you’d think would work, that more elegance, minerality and depth are revealed. Fascinating. — 3 months ago
Reticent at first but blossomed on Day 2. Fruit gained definitions ne the earthiness was more balanced. — a month ago
Very nice burg, 1er in all but name. Sweet/sour red fruit, black berries, orange peel - medium+ acidity. — a month ago
This was tasted against Kutch single-vineyard Pinots and I though they won out for sure.

2022/10. This was a bit wilder than I’m used to for this wine - perhaps a bit reduced as well. It was probably just young as it improved with air but ideally needs a couple of years. — 22 days ago
