First vintage post-RPM, immensely enjoyable ten years on. As in Beaujolais, this CA interpretation is losing its original energy over time, but maintains its own signature profile. — a month ago
Had a ruby color. Smelled like red berries and tasted like cherry or blackberry. — 2 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two days. Best on Day 2. The 2023 Amador County pours a bright, deep straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of tart orchard fruit: peach, lemon, tangerine, white flowers, lanolin, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is waxy. Obviously young but I can’t help but feel that these Chenin’s from Tegan just keep getting better and better. Drink now through 2039. — 4 months ago

Just… perfection. How? Every year… just everything I’ve ever wanted in a wine. — 2 months ago
Ruby rust medium opacity, medium to light bodied with noticeable acidity, herbal hints over tart cherries, solid rioja crianza — 2 months ago
Deep tart cherry that stays bright in acidity while staying round in mouthfeel. Very nice. From La Meme Chose. — 7 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Blend of 83% Syrah, 14% Petit Verdot and 3% Malbec, deep Ruby red color with aromas of black fruits, baking spice and cedar notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and ripe blueberry with pepper, oak, cacao and herb notes. Fine savory tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, oak and spice. Drinking well now, will improve! Nice! — 25 days ago
