45 min decant(decent chunky/fine sediment). A remarkable medium garnet color with bricking. On the nose: beautiful perfumed notes burst from the glass with sour cherry, mint, dusty earth, currants, wet cedar, green bell pepper....could sniff all night! Taste: soft and round, smooth, elegant wine with raspberry, cedar, currants, musky earth, and a nice dark chocolate cherry finish. YUM! A wine that has hit its stride over the past few years with time to go. — 2 days ago
Kathryn Kennedy Winery Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2006: Medium-full bodied. Incredible balance. Soft integrated tannins. Black & blue fruits. Plum. Tobacco. Leather. Oak. Earth. Long elegant finish. For me, a beautifully crafted Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet. Cheers🍷 — a month ago
Scarlet color, almost opaque. Fruity, stemmy nose. Notes of dark fruit, bing cherries, moist soil, herbs and spice. Vibrant in the mouth. Silky sweet fruit but not over the top. Nice balance and structure. Really good. If i was tasting this blind I could see someone steering me towards a young Dujac guess. — 3 days ago
Jamaica allspice submerged in black cherry, black raisin, African violets, red roses, cooked poppyseed, grilled, wine marinated steak with rosemary garnish. The palate is silky with medium mouthfeel and stealthy tannic hooks are whisked away like burrs and prickles on a satin sock. Sweet Connecticut wrap of tobacco is assisted by a minute mocha and black peppercorn. This took a while to open, surprisingly, but well worth the wait!

Beautiful and pure dark fruit, blackberry and plum, complimented by violet, leather, clove, and black pepper. Grippy but softened with air, vibrant and fresh. — 8 days ago
