Really enjoyed this - love the old world vines and big body. — 15 hours ago
Not so much evolution from the last btl. Need to be patient with the last btl. After 1 hr open, slow-ox, and vigorous swirling, a lovely nose slowly emerges: sweet, dark, dark, blackberry, soft charcoal and olive notes, and pure granitic minerality. On the palate: granite, fantastic acidity, sweet blackberry, grapefruit pith, perhaps a touch thinner than I would like, especially given the density the nose suggests, the finish is soft black pepper, mixed with chalky tannin. Still very much in the unfurling stage...maybe try to wait 5 more years for the next btl? — 7 days ago
Delicious Grenache Syrah blend . Fruity, not cloying, mixed well with holiday roast beef + sides dinner, and complemented chocolate ginger cookies really nicely. An all-around winner for my palate and wallet. Def buy again. — 22 days ago
A blend of 58% Merlot, 39% Cab Sauv & 3% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby with aromas of fresh red fruit with woodsy spice. On the palate flavors of red plum and cherry with some cacao and licorice notes. This wine shows oak and mineral tones with fine tight tannins and good balance. Long finish with fruit and spice ending. Needs a few years of bottle age. Reasonably price, good value. — 15 days ago
A classy, subtle champagne with well defined notes of bread, vanilla, stone and dried fruit. At Narragansett, the bottle Nate gave me when I was confirmed in 2017. — 19 days ago

A very nice Chardonnay from a smaller AOC Vezelay. Lught green-yellow hue. On the nose there is white pepper, wet sand, lemon, lime and hint of backcurrant leaf. On palate the acidity is still pretty pronounced. Lime, green apple, white pepper and rather creamy mouthfeel. Medium+ length that ends to very pure lime and lemoncurd taste. If this behaves like the 2018 it just takes another 6-12 months to fully open up. Great qpr! — 5 days ago

Needed to buy another bottle at the local shop for a discount so picked this up. Wow!! What a find! Awesome, well balanced nose with peach, oak, and even smoke, dirt, and red elements. Bright and smooth! Great aperitif as it isn’t sweet enough to be a dessert wine. Loved it! — 4 days ago
