Great Alsace Pet Nat Rose. Peach and Asian plum notes. Great with grilled meats. — a day ago
Straight up jasmine perfume. Complex herbal bouquet, juniper and rosemary along with cracker jacks and buttercream icing. Brilliant, deliciously subtle edge of mineral and spice. The @Lyle Fass northern rhone blanc portfolio is stunning and eye opening. This has insane drinkability. Pushing 9.6.

Lucky to get some bottles direct from the source. Perfect condition. Absolutely stunning after 15 min of air. The age gave it more of a souther Burgundian texture but with all those oyster shell minerality you love about Chablis. Gave a pour to Jonah at GreekMans, and was watching his face react to a looooong 90 second finish that rocks your skull. Wow. — a day ago
2022/7/24, 26. Lot 2018, Oeil de Perdrix rosé from pinot noir and meunier. On day one, this was creamy, perfumed and luscious with a little air. Two days later, it was still very nice but was best drunk quite cool - as it warmed it felt a little candies and sweet. — 19 days ago

Starts weighty and earthy, but becomes pretty with a few days. Earth, grape, brine, berry. Tannins are grippy and forbidding, actually quite bitter, but then this does have promising seductiveness and finesse. — 6 days ago
