Dark with a very light rim.
Dark floral notes- does the allspice bush have a flower? I imagine it smells like this. Black and red licorice-;yeah that's it.
Feels course on the tongue.
Massive acidity and a good dose of tannin gives way to an extremely pleasant and long aftertaste where the fruits actually come out. Very interesting old school style of Sangiovese — 6 months ago
