Klein Constantia

Vin de Constance Natural Sweet Muscat à Petits Grains 2019

Great now and will age beautifully. Typical Muscat florals, but I love the balancing act of sugar concentration and acidity in this vintage. Elderflower and bruised stone fruit. Wonderfully fresh. 👌🏼 — 23 days ago

Les Bonnes Blanches Anjou Chenin Blanc 2015

Vintage 2015 | From 50+ years old Chenin Blanc grown on Schist. Modest colour not giving away the age of the wine. A bit shy in smell, the characteristics are all here: hay, minerals, hints of honey. Quite powerful taste, I’d say for acquired tasters, good balance with a lot of bitters. As beautiful as difficult. 🫶 — 15 days ago

Magic of Ju-Ju Melon de Bourgogne Chenin Blanc 2023

At 10.5% abv, this is both thirst-quenching and austere, with the Chenin providing just enough ripeness of fruit to bring things into balance. 750 mL will be easily finished by one person, so unless you’re drinking alone, buy at least two bottles — 2 months ago

Klein Constantia

Estate Red Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2013

We are staying in South Africa. Can you believe some of the oldest operating wineries are right there. Like Klein Constantia, founded in 1685. Yep, they made wine requested by Napoleon, praised by Dickens and Jane Austin so it says on the label. Unique, beautiful little spot right next to Cape Town where they grow the grapes and produce the wines. Want to experience a few more captivating wineries that produce exceptional wines in South Africa? Go to our website or YouTube channel for Spoken Wines. One of the outstanding wineries produces mesmerizing Bordeaux blends in ancient soils in the land called Paarl. Their roots go back to Napa and Opus One. Enjoy!
