Our guest conductor Karina Canellakis is leading WAGNER (Prelude to Lohengrin, Act 1), CHOPIN (Piano Concerto No. 2 in F minor, Opus 21) with one of our local treasures, Emanuel (Manny!) Ax on piano and then RACHMANINOFF (Symphonic Dances, Opus 45). A fantastic night is ahead of us! — 3 years ago

Unscrew and pour yesterday. Noted from 24 hrs open. Fantastic PQR. Lovely meyer lemon and soft mango notes, some oak-influenced vanilla, but very stylish. On the palate: lovely acidity, soft slate, good density and a juicy finish. At the garagiste price of about 27 bucks, this is leaning in the case buy direction. Yum. — 4 years ago
