Mild. Honey, apple, wet stone and something else... Very relaxing. — a day ago
One of those cases where I can't make a mere sip and fight for the right to finish the bottle. Yet it's sad, cause it's not available anymore in my local store. The first thing to notice is the pale colour of the wine. Apparently, caused by gentle extraction. A beautiful bouquet of fried sunflower seeds, raspberry, strawberry, dark chocolate, spices and gouache. Delicate on the palate, juicy and almost perfectly balanced with good acidity and velvety tannins. It is also flavourful and has a long-lasting aftertaste. To summarize, it is approachable and delicious Pinot Noir, stylistically closer to Bourgogne with a ripe twist. — a month ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over three days. Consistent across the three days but seemed to be a little more open on Day 3. No formal notes. Loads of character in this wine. Star fruit, pear, lemon, gardenias, petrol and a massive amount of minerals: rocks and ferrous material. Absolutely sizzling with youthful energy. Long on the finish and wonderful acid. I want more. — 9 days ago
So juicy — big flavor — a day ago
Nose of citrus and herbs. Very expressive. Vivid and clean. Palate is fresh, vibrant and energetic. So pure and clean. Juicy, nimble and complete. Has that 2020 roundness but no sense of lack of freshness. Great stuff. Will go perfect with my all fish meal at Brut. — a day ago

Nose has moist brioche, browning yellow apple peel, honey, dried lemon zest, green herbs and seashells.
Palate has bruised yellow apple, lemon peel, nectarine, green apple peel, faint tangerine with great acidity and fleeting minerality.
Fine bubbles, plenty of pressure under the cork. A pleasure for all the senses.
This is the zero-dosage (nature) version produced for the 1992 vintage. — 9 days ago
