Deep yellow color. Thick and buttery without being too sweet. Complex flavors that range from delicate to powerful. Crime brûlée, butter, apple pie, and enough acidity and brightness to balance out the deep flavors. — 6 years ago

2009. Dark cherry nose. Fruit forward with blueberries and cherry. Not a lot of tannins or acid. We didn’t let it breathe initially. Later it had hints chocolate as it opened and a bit of bitterness or pepper as it quickly closed. — 6 years ago
