An incredibly powerful, oxidative wine from Jura. The intensely nutty, salty, oily, honied flavors were magical with the “Pastured chicken, preserved lemon, garlic confit” dish which tasted braised and white-saucey.
This would also be perfect with stinky cheese! — 5 months ago
Bought chilled, really opened up as it came to room temp — 6 months ago
Medium lemon colour . Very fine quite persistent perlage . Quite strict and mineral on the nose , with chalk dust , oyster shell then lemon pith , honeysuckle, toasted brioche. Quite taut and focused on the palate , but with good intensity with mineral , lemon peel , brioche and lightly nutty hints . Good freshness and really good length . This is showing quite young but enjoyable now , will probably improve further over the next few years and hold well over the following 5-10 years . — a month ago

18年有点老了,三类大于一类香了,香料味挺足的倒是,性价比还可以吧,也是喝的第一支博若莱村级了 — 8 days ago
