Fuyu persimmon, dried stone fruit, flinstone vitamin, candle wax, black tea. Snapping acidity, rounded juicy texture, light bodied, long floral-stone fruit-salty finish. Initially shy and pedestrian bitter orange wine. Decant for 2 hours, best on day 2 and 3. Outstanding if you’re willing to wait. Sampled on Biodynamic fruit day. — 6 years ago
Black fruits, black and green peppercorns, dried thyme, sun dried tomatoes. Lively acid, medium juicy body, minimal smooth velvet tannins, herbal-peppery finish. Reactive nose blew off after 15 minutes, not reductive on palate. Great alternative to the sea of Barberas and Dolcettos. Wonderful food wine, high toned and mineral driven. Overdelivers. — 6 years ago

Lemon curd, elderflower, chalk dust, vanilla bean, hazelnuts. Rounded acid, plus mineral-oily texture, medium bodied, savory-floral-slightly briny finish.
