Delicious, full and smooth. Maybe a bit young but my kind of cab. Full and lacking any annoying intensity abrasive tannins. Would never d&d on this one — 4 days ago
Really good grip and then with more air time it softened up and expressed a lot of fruit. Bravo — 6 days ago
Very balanced wine from Clare Valley. Good spice and dark red fruit. No obvious oak! — 9 days ago
Texas pose-Xmas 2025 listening to the ABBA Gold Record with Aido. Gift from PwC. Amber particularly enjoyed it. — 11 minutes ago
Enjoyed with Ray’s piano group in Palo Alto after a wonderful recital! We enjoy Diora’s Pinot especially after decanting. Gentle Pinot very drinkable. Reasonably priced. — a month ago
Paraffin notes on the nose, lemon and lime notes on the palate. Took a while to open up, interesting bottle at almost a decade under screw cap. At 10 Greek St on their LBB list — 6 days ago
Regarded as Grossets 2nd Riesling after Polish Hill but really a different style. This was fuller with more mid palate weight and less austere at this age than the PH - the latter generally being more long living. Lime juice with a little grape fruit on the palate - finishing very dry. This will last a few more years in the cellar, still with mouth puckering citric acid to finish off. Unfortunately this is my last bottle. — a month ago

We had the battle of the Shiraz at our family gathering over Christmas. A Shiraz from South Australia and South Africa. Both 2016. This Shiraz, despite from the Adelaide Hills where I think it is a little cooler, was very rich, very bold and broad and a slight jammy note on the edge perhaps. People liked it, but all the votes when for the Shiraz of Cederberg from South Africa. Fun!!! — 3 days ago
