This 11 year old Sangiovese is still drinking nicely.

Showing red and black fruits with wood, earth, vegetables, spices, light oak and chocolate notes.

Showing nice complexity, but a little unbalanced.

I definitely like it better with age.

A blend of 80% Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

No question that when the right wine is aged to the right point, there’s nothing better.
