2001 vintage. Excellent fill. Used a Durand. Cork perfect. Decanted with expected sed and tasted after 2 hours. Medium body but dark as a closed closet. Dirty graphite nose that rang true in the flavors with some restrained plum, cherry and Valrhona chocolate as the backing, rhythm section. Miles to go before it sleeps. Long finish with fine grained tannins and cherries.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Paso Robles. Elegant and rich. Fruit forward and bold.

This 11 year old is peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.

Nicely Balanced, soft and complex. Spicy and entertaining.

A blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 4% Malbec. Unfiltered.
