Enjoyable but priced $15 too steep. At $45 we need deeper complexity and this is delicate but not inspiring.

The nose is soft. Raspberry and candied cherry. The palette is salty and lean - sandy, loamy, lucid.

There’s skill here in the interplay but you’d be nearly as well off with SP68. — 3 years ago

Unfamiliar grape from uncommon place. Best described (by me) as remixed Nebbiolo with twist of cherry mint. Powerful and lucid at once, high alcohol, big boy tannin. Light and the color of ruby cherry juice with notes of pine and foresty cherry lozenge. — 2 years ago

This is glorious. Oily-textured. Lemon, slate, pear, a beautiful undertow off steel and rich fruit. A really persistent and lucid mid palate of green fruit and great balance and acidity. The Raveneau of meursault. Delicious — 4 years ago
