Star of a two Bandol night, but this at age 14( minus a week or two). Deeper, plush, black violet & cassis nose; on palate tannins really nicely integrated, wild blackberries, more cassis & black currants. Crazy elegant and generous. Feels open. Distant notes of some kind of bark & forest floor. Older wild flowers.Eye opener, in sense of how far Bandol can go for me. — 5 months ago
Love the perfume in the glass after you let it sit a bit. Very fruit forward but somewhat darker cherry than you would expect. Really love this Polinot! — 3 months ago
