Ok, this is hitting its stride. Such good fruit, apples galore, some tropical fruit maybe passion fruit, lemon, excellent acidity and some creaminess on top of that. There’s also an earthy flavor like oysters with uni on top and a side of apple! Doesn’t work when I write it, but works great with fried chicken with the fam! — a month ago
