On the downside while still maintaining great effervescence. Honeyed citrus, pollen, and hazelnuts. Takes on more oxidative Sherry notes as it sits in the glass. Delicate.

Delicate, mineral, and drinking younger than its vintage would suggest. Salty seashells, lemon zest, and just a hint of honey. Very faint oxidative note on the finish. Plenty of time for this to evolve.
