Color is a little darker than I expected!
Smells like red apple and seaweed…and cured turkey.
Tastes very apple-y, but more of a sweet apple than a tart apple. Some cherry. A little toast and a slight champagne-y quality. Enjoyable. Good deal for the pricier liquor stores in the area I am visiting. 89. — 22 days ago
Wheelhouse. A chunky trousseau that’s let itself go a bit. — a month ago
Concentrated whole cluster with just the slightest little bit of earthly funk. — 15 days ago
Nice well rounded wine — 16 days ago
Truncated cookout notes. Very Graves like nose with lots of cigar box notes along with rich gravelly scents, and some nice plummy fruit. Not quite as deep on the palate as the nose would suggest (it’s a ‘14) but nice acidity. Finishing a tad short. — 2 months ago
