Deep ruby/purple color. Black currant, blueberry, berry bramble, cocoa powder, blackberries, on the nose. Full bodied and medium tannins on the palate. Balanced, intense, and complex. Perfect chocolate wine. 81% Merlot, 19% Malbec. The Malbec really comes through in the color and palate. This is only three years old and already so drinkable. Nose: Blackberry, boysenberry, sweet cherry, pomegranate, mint; medium intensity
Palate: Blackberry jam, raisins, prunes; fruity! medium to low tannins; high acidity but tamed by all the fruits.
