At first this wasn't my favorite but with some air it turned into something special. Insanely good for villages Hebrew chambertin. The last time I had this was 5 years ago and this wine is just as young today as it was then.

First time tasting Fourrier. Great complexity and length, with a wild, almost meaty core, yet still elegant. Drinking very nicely now. (I guessed 2005 Chambolle.) Thanks @Warren L!
