Brief notes. Showed better than the 2013 vintage we had in December 2021. Quite rich, sweet and fruit driven as well as spicy notes. Tasting more new world in this warm vintage. A good wine without being great. Have the last one in a couple of years ie 2026.

Nov 19th, 2022Nose of ripe bing cherries, purple floral, slight red meat, stones. Tastes of cream, strawberries, slight cherry, lots of cream, moderate earth. Good acidity, slight coffee or other roasted aromas. Good balance, aromas and tannins but just somehow a tad ordinary and lacking a “wow!” Still very good and likely just needs time.
