Light brown/reds abound. Cherries and leather and dead leaves, trees. Definitely a wine that hasn’t been futzed with. Gulpable as L.F. is known do say.
Hits those casual Nebbiolo notes across the spectrum, perfect w left over Sunday gray and ravioli.

Now there’s a bottle where everything went right. Deeply herbal, rhubarb nose. Perfect acidity for ‘Amatriciana. Bright and tangy yet mildly long. I don’t have other vintages to compare with. But thanks Fletcher for this one! — a month ago

This wine is almost clear in the glass. The bubbles come up quickly and disappear soon, too. The nose is yeasty and earthy, with a big mineral aspect. The palate shows Meyer lemon, zest, and that yeasty note. — 4 months ago
