Elivette Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2018
Classic. Treasure found at the local wine shop for a deal. Beautiful Napa cab nose full of blue/darkfruit. You notice the blend on the palate - cab franc, petit verdot, merlot and a bit of malbec. Just really well put together. Going to venture out and get more tomorrow. — 8 months ago

Agreed @Scott@Mister A’s-San Diego !! We were members for years. Actually got engaged there. Love their wine! Contemplating joining again. Any experience with their new wine / approach?
@Paul K Yes, tasted some of the new project from there but didn’t like it enough to put in my notes. I’d hold off taking the plunge for another year or two. Pick up a handful of bottles in the market/online, reevaluate the next two vintages and then take the plunge or route the $$$ elsewhere depending on the results.

2nd review on this, third time tasting. Great wine but scored a bit lower than original (maybe I was too excited about one of my fav wineries). Just needs more time. The nose is beautiful but the palate needs a bit more time to balance out. Great complexity and on its way the being a well balanced delight…just another few years. — 6 days ago

Deep, deep ruby and not a hint of browning on the rim even though it’s 12 years old. Oaky vanilla with blueberry pie and some spicy notes. Lots more blue/black fruit on the palate. Super well balanced and enjoyed chewing on some med/fine tannins. Got two more of these and think I’ll wait a while. Not even close to showing its age. I think the scores will continue to climb on this one. — 4 hours ago
