I enjoyed getting to revisit this and spend more time with it after trying it for the first time a few weeks go at a Billecart tasting. Totally open for business now. Very fresh. Bright and ripe white peach, apricot, honeysuckle and honeyed pastry aromatics. Fine bead, light yet creamy mousse, with sharp acidity, highlighted by golden delicious apple, chalky limestone, sea salt and powdered lemon bar. Thanks @Jason Jones

Sublime bottle! Rich, but not yeasty. Nose evolved into notes of Flinstones vitamins, but in a good way! Can’t think of a better way to kickoff birthday week🎉🥂🍾
