2019 vintage. Kitchen sink blend of 30 Sylvaner 20 Pinot Blanc 15 Muscat 15 Pinot Gris 10 Gewurztraminer 10 Chasselas. Orange peel and orange blossom water, pear, apple peel, green grape, white grapefruit, jasmine, white rocks. Lots of character. Definitely dry and muy fragrant. I dig it! Hope stretch, fellow retail folk! — a month ago
I decided 2020 sucked so bad it didn’t deserve Champagne on New Years Eve. So we drank this lovely Cremant from Alsace, which is really better than 2020 deserves also. But I just can’t bring myself to drink wine terrible enough to reflect how this year has gone. This was actually quite good. Have to get some more. — 25 days ago
Very nice interpretation of Malbec "on the fruit" on lands usually reserved for Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah ... in addition to the usual notes of the grape variety: prune, very ripe cherry, graphite, fresh ink etc. we have notes of fresh herbs, mint, verbena, vetiver. Round and crunchy, very good for its price range.
— 13 days ago
This is Brut de Fût 20 year old lot 134. Deep caramel brown, smooth, deep, very rich. Vanilla bean and cocoa and tobacco on the nose, with a sharp note of grape in the back. Flavors of baking spices and cocoa but an interesting tart burst of sultana on the end. Very interesting. — a month ago

Jean-Paul Brun continues to deliver high quality wines to us. Here a fleshy yet crunchy Morgon (morello cherry) drunk on New Year's Eve and appreciated by all the guests.
Jean-Paul Brun continue de nous délivrer des vins de haute facture. Ici un Morgon charnu et néanmoins croquant (cerise griotte) bu pendant le réveillon du nouvel an et apprécié par tous les convives. — 25 days ago

The wine is a beauty with so much substance and layers but it was clearly not yet ready. Oak is very prevalent and not yet integrated. Although 2009 is often a very forward and open-knit vintage, this baby needs much more time to integrate. — 12 days ago
