The “King of Chardonnay” Mike Grgich farms w/o pesticides and certified organic. Aged 10 months, no MLF. Medium lemon color with aromas of stone & citrus fruits. On the palate flavors of apple, pear & lemon citrus flavors, with honeysuckle, vanilla & toasty oak notes. Nice balance with acidity on long finish with a toasty mineral ending. Not your typical CA Chard, very nice! — 15 days ago

On nose its lots of Blackberries, oak, pine woods, leathery

On palate its so delicious, long finish, soft tannins, medium acidity, its firm and silky smooth.
Lots if fruits, with touch of vanilla, creamy. Incredible complexity. I think this wine is on its peak or another 3 years to develop. Cheers everyone! — 3 months ago

The 2021 Clio is a blend of 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the 1936-planted Zingla Vineyard in Jumilla. Aged for 23 months in French and American oak, this garnet-hued wine offers complex aromas of herbs and plums, complemented notes of mint, balsamic and ash. Concentrated and rich on the palate, it flows with a silky texture, culminating in a velvety finish. This is a ripe, sun-kissed red with a precisely executed barrel-aging regimen. Bit of a throwback style here with lots of big #cabernetsauvignon #shiraz fruit aromas. Quite elegant on the palate but new oak is noticeable towards the end of the sip, though tannins are velvety. Dark Ruby, aromas of ripe berry fruits, herbs and spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black currant with vanilla oak and earthy notes. Well balanced, fine tannins long finish ending with fruit, espresso notes, mineral and sweet spice! Nice now and will drink well over next 5+ years. — 3 months ago
