2009. Similar notes to the 2005. Less eucalyptus notes, more dried fruit. Inky color, iron minerality, cassis driven, pretty fruit, tannins still grippy. Tobacco and mint on the finish. Cork disintegrated while opening, but juice intact! 😁 — 2 months ago

Wow this is a great example of Santa Barbara Chardonnay. Some wood in the nose next to moderate tones of tropical fruit. In the mouth it has a slight salty tone. Paired beautifully with 60 months old Parmezan cheese. — 3 months ago
