Pale ruby color with garnet hue on the edges. On the nose more earthy than fruity, a delicate manure. Smooth, more complex than Sebella, elegant with medium body. — 8 months ago
Interesting story. Put this in the freezer Saturday night for an after party bottle and promptly forgot it until the next day. I put it in the fridge bc of course the cork popped and it was a slushee. It thawed out today and I am enjoying a very nice wine. I think the freezing perhaps accelerated the aging a bit but it still amazingly tastes as it should. Nice Chard. Drinking young but it’s a fighter! — 3 years ago
A local Sonoma choice while in Concord, CA. Shale on the nose and smooth lemon citrus on the taste buds. Everything I want my Chardonnay to be. Enjoy with Lala and Nonna at Paso del Rio over a cheese, pickles, and fig plate. Bacchus approves — 3 months ago
Not quite what I was searching for. I had different amazing Chardonnay by the glass at a local restaurant but didn’t get the name. Similar flavor but this one more thick or buttery (not sure how to describe). I love the tasting notes except for the heaviness. Will keep searching. However I did enjoy this. Not sure I can taste the price as compared to other Chardonnays that taste similar to me. — 8 months ago
Medium lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits and floral spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and orange citrus, vanilla and toasty spice, rich texture. Medium+ finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, toasty spice and savory chalky mineral character. Nice! — 7 months ago
Aroma of lime zest, lemon verbena, honeysuckle, Meyer lemon, orange blossom, and white peach. Tastes of citrus, kumquat, and Granny Smith followed with pleasant minerality. Nine months in French oak and no ML make this easy to drink yet refined wine. — 6 years ago
