Pulled this 2006 New Zealand Pinot Gris. Honestly, didn't have high hopes but was VERY pleasantly surprised. Still fresh and vibrant. Beautiful pale golden color and off dry in style. The nose was full of ripe pear, honey and pineapple. Crisp acidity with quince, honeydew melon and white peach rounding out the palate. Held up fantastic over the years!!! — 3 years ago
