I love this wine but I’ll admit it’s niche. Glorious confectionary nose. Clearly too young, as this wine really sings starting at 10, but whatever, I got too much wine to drink them all at the perfect time. Sweet wood, stone fruits and intense minerality. Some pollen as well on the nose. Such a complex nose. But in 5 years watch out! Palate is so elegant and rich but fresh from the minerals and not the acid which is merely solid. Really coats the tongue. So good. The finish is stone fruits, sweet wood and that rock licking feeling on your tongue. Just a killer Grau because it’s got that Laible magic. — 7 months ago
Wasn’t called Wurmlin in 16 but it’s the same wine. At 8 years of age this is really coming into its own. Exuberant nose is stone fruits, grapefruit and gorgeous herbs. Some died tree bark and also citrus rind. Palate is stunning. Wow. 9.8 palate for now. Just so concentrated and energetic, with outrageous purity and depth. Amazing structure and length. Unreal palate. This is magic. Crazy citrus and stone fruits and endless finish. Genius! — 7 months ago

Very subtle and delicate with white flowers and apricots. Slightly forgetable... — 12 days ago
