The 2023 Rosé is deep, complex and layered, with ripe nectarine, rose garden and sweet cherry fruit notes. Beautifully expressive and floral on the nose, savory, salty mineral tones meet red berry freshness and an undercurrent of spice in the mouth. Bu avec un Pibarnon 2019. Rubis - cerise avec reflet mauve. Un nez complexe où s'entremêle le trèfle, vanille, tannage, poivron, cuir, goudron avec des fruits noirs. La bouche est bien agréable avec des tanins pâteux. Le milieu de bouche un peu mince. En retro c'est légèrement crayeux.
