This version includes Cabernet, Petit Verdot , cab franc and Shiraz and it was delightful. Warm plum and prune flavors rounded and begging another sip. Nice finish. β 3 months ago
Very good. A butter, grapefruit and an apple. Medium acidity, but in thisβ¦ configuration it's still too high. β 7 months ago

This yellow-gold wine rings the βold-style Caliβ bell in all the right ways. A nose of apricots, mangoes and apples is helped along with the smell of buttered popcorn. Oak treats the palate as well, draping over the tropical fruit like a sunshade. The acidity is zesty, yet the mouthfeel tends toward creaminess due to the wine sitting on the lees for five months. The oak is a definite part of the wine, but the effect is softened enough so that it's a pleasure, not a pain. β 7 years ago

Good Oregon Pinot. Bright fruit, earth, and herbal tea. β 4 months ago
A superb Chardonnay! Aromas of Anise and Honeysuckle. Apple and Honey on the bud. Crisp and smooth with a long finish. Great with our Salmon tonight. Need to order more from Evening Springs as we were extremely impressed with their wines when we visited earlier this year. β 7 months ago

Watching game seven of the National League Series with my family in Colorado. Wonderful wine. This is the 2014 Grenache Syrah blend. Tastes like a far more expensive wine. β 8 years ago

Opens up with juicy plums, cherries and apples. The acidity carries through but is tempered by an undercurrent of wood and smoke. Easy to drink and elegant. β 2 days ago
