Unmistakably old world. All savoury on the nose - truffle, cedar, salami, and spices. Palate is medium bodied but robust. Perfect balance between red/dark fruit, and savoury notes. Quite tannic. Still young! Amazing p/q. — 3 years ago

Beautiful nose of strawberries, soft on the mouth with a very good after taste. — 10 months ago
2022/5/31-6/1 with ayu karaage, hachiku several ways, niku-dofu, etc. This is my favorite of the lower-priced Léa reds - there’s really nice acidity and flesh, and enough age to be fully open with hints of complexity but still with vibrant fruit. Really good on day 2 as well. — 3 years ago

Dark garnet- darker than usual Pinot. Nose of dark red/black fruits with some earth and leather. Very smooth in the mouth- medium but balanced tannins and some acidity at the end. Also a touch fruit forward with — 5 years ago
