Impulse buy at Cellar D’Or; had read Fixin is emerging as a good QPR appellation. Thought I had been burned, extremely closed when I popped it. (Also young, I know.) However, not 20 min later and it sprang to life. Nose is very faint, but taste is silky, mildly acidic, some undefinable to me berry under the tannin. Definitely will want to revisit one in a few years.
