10年前のビンテージとなるが、熟成香はあまり感じなく、普通のワインと言った感じ。
味わいは鮮やかな赤系の果実に、揮発酸っぽさを伴う酸。でも、嫌な酸ではなく、旨味たっぷりの酸。
5年ほど前に、07を飲んだそれはもっと、重心低めで、熟成香があったみたい。
