I think I’m drinking this too young. It’s fairly saturated and very pure and beautiful wild blackberry fruit. No pyrazines. I would give this another few years in the cellar. Popping half bottle in the fridge and expecting it to be excellent tomorrow. edit: skipped day two and drank on day three. Herbs. Purity of fruit. This is 🔥 — 7 days ago
Great minerality. Exactly what it should be. — a month ago
Very juicy and flashy. Almost too bright. Needs to settle down. Cherry, hint blueberry quite rich at this point. Hint black tea, touch bitter. Needs at least 5 years to loose its baby fat. Enjoy now or wait. Very well made & DIAM30 cork. Unfortunately 100$. — 3 months ago
A lovely wine that is drinking very lovely right now. I personally like 14.5% wines vs the big jammy versions for their balance so this fits my tastes perfectly. Very glad I bought a futures case back in the day. Enjoy sooner rather than later. Cheers! — 18 days ago

Well if you live in San Diego. The only ‚real’ place to get your Burgh fix in San Diego is at the Meritage Wine Market in Encinitas. They know because they will try these. This bottle was not priced yet they asked me to sample it. Super elegant and perfectly balanced. Young, very coiled. The power is there but hiding. Yuzu, pear, hint herabceous, jasmine, chalk. Will be >100$ for sure. This producer just knocks it out of the park for both the whites and reds. — a day ago
