Skinny, acidic, hints of apple maybe. — 15 days ago
One of the better champagnes I’ve had in a while and I don’t usually like champagnes. — 14 days ago
Delicious, tropical fruits and florals, great richness and acidity, even a little nutty. Developed nicely 2 hours after opening, lots of layers — 11 days ago

White and yellow florals. On the palate there are ripe citrus flavours. Delicate with a piercing intensity, if that makes sense - just the right amount of oak influence. At 10 years this white burgundy still has tension but overall a lean impression - a few years left in the cellar - I have one left. Points off for a ridiculously heavy and large bottle. I had to store it in my magnum storage. — a month ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two days. Delicious throughout. The 2022 Cuvée Cassaneas pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with a mix of ripe and tart, orchard and tropical fruit: pineapple, green apple, peach, white and yellow flowers, limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and loaded with minerals. A touch rounder than the 2021 version. Another beautiful wine that reaches way beyond its humble Bourgogne Blanc designation. Drink now through 2037. — 11 days ago
