Day 1 like sucking on a cedar plank. Day two glorious fruit emerged. Fabulous texture. Serious shit.

Nose of bright lime, slight stone, slight matches, some cream. Excellent balance and acidity. Really nice and easy drinking - green and citric fruits, maybe even towards tropical fruit. Perhaps a tad less robust than other great burgundy. May need more time for complexity. Great balance though.

Super lean with reductive flinty minerality on the nose, lemon peel and tons of delicate white florals. The acidity is fantastic, lengthy and electric. Quite Chablis-like, less weighty than Beune
