Nose has a rich minerality. Some vanilla. Some mountain herbs.
Palate is rich. Light Peach. Still mineral. Quite Opulent but balanced. Still some raciness
Finish is lovely. Crushed Minerals made from petrified tropical fruits.
Hot years in Chablis are still great in the right hands. They are certainly different.

Didn't have much in the way of expectations, came away with one of the best red burgs I've had this year — 9 days ago
Needed 2 hours to open up. Raspberry, cranberry fruit. Tart. Kind of deep pitched for a Burgundy. Not much in the way of tannins. Others on Cellartracker called this delicate. This bottle wasn’t at least compared to the 2013 Jean Tardy Gevrey Chambertin Champerrier I posted on just prior to this one. — 4 days ago

Fresh, bubbly, and green in flavor. — 9 days ago
Ripe nose with loads of seashells and sand and ripe Meyer lemon actually. Glorious aromas and ripe but still very much Chablis. Palate is ripe and chiseled with wonderful freshness, salinity and roundness. Nose is dripping with Chablis essence. Terrific inner mouth aromas and greet concentration. Showing so well. — 2 months ago
