Crisp, notes of fresh apple, cold limestone — a month ago
I struggled with this one blind, bright and lemony but round and a little nutty in the middle, an excellent Aligote but I’m more used to the more natty De Moor style. — 2 months ago
Just the right amount of tannin, as it opened up it started to show fresh red fruits — 3 months ago
Gorgeous. Rose aroma. Medium body. — 6 days ago
2012 vintage. Opened and decanted. Tasted 45 mins after decanting. Medium-heavy body with tremendous power. Nose not giving up much at that point other than nebulous, dark fruits. Flavors of spearmint, watercress, rhubarb and ash. Needed at least another hour of lounge time in the decanter to unfurl those wings somewhat but three hours woulda been better. Two bottles left so will opt for a 6 hr decant next viz if possible. 12.25.24. — 2 months ago

Outstanding for an introductory gevrey. Plenty of red fruit with some barnyard/forest floor development. — 12 days ago
