Domaine De Grange Neuve

Grange South Australia Shiraz 1999

Topping the night off with the pinnacle. A Grange from 1999, made during an era that it was still produced in a regular bottle and a reasonable price. It was a mature version of the Saint Henry we had earlier that evening. Extreme dense in flavor, powerful and strong oak vanilla notes. Dark fruit soaked in cigar box and oh so smooth. 21 years old. Don’t take too much time drinking it and don’t decant it. It peaks in about 30-60 minutes. — 20 days ago

Grange Bin 95 Shiraz 2004

Grange. That is all. Well, ok - so complex and spicy on the nose, needs a lot of air. Grange is such one of the greats, always a privilege. — 20 days ago

Clef de Sol Montlouis-sur-Loire Chenin Blanc

2018 vintage. A little richer than last vintage which was absolutely incredible. May need some time, but lacking a bit of that electric acidity and minerality. Still great — 3 months ago
