Pop and pour yesterday, notes from 24 hrs open, unrefrigerated on the counter. Sweet, sweet burgundian perfume: vosne spice, pomegranate, wild strawberry, soft herbal notes...On the palate: fantastic acidity, lovely density; more pomegranate, soft grapeseed notes, still very primary, but soft tannin on the delicate finish...Stunning. — 5 years ago
This is corton bressandes. A lovely nose with soft and delicate forest floor, limpid blue and red fruit, a bit of stink and sou boisse. That haunting old burg thing in full. On the palate, a lovely slightly tangy soft blue fruit, then a relatively short finish. The nose is gorgeous, the palate good. — 8 years ago
Nice and round, going on orange. Perfect with a reverse seared Ribeye and Truffade. — 9 years ago

Nice bouquet, strong chocolate, deep cherries taste and medium finish. Can wait for another 5 years to drink this. — 5 years ago
A bargain white burgundy that is not classified as a burgundy but delicious none the less. I will be going back to this one day after day. — 8 years ago
One of a flight of five 2009 Premier Cru Vosne Romanee .Terroir and winemaking do make a difference. Hard to choose but definite differences . All fine wines. And all from just two vineyards. — 11 years ago
2008 vintage. Opened with a Durand and decanted. Fantastic floral and earthy nose. Tasted 15 minutes and 1.25 hours after decanting. Lighter color. Body light/light-medium initially but gained weight after decanter time. Rhubarb and cranberry dominant with a noticeable tartness that drove the bus and didn’t diminish over time. First time with this producer and impressions were good enough overall to investigate further. 9.28.25 — 10 months ago
Screaming herbs from the glass, Chinese cilantro, sage, beets, roobios, red cherry, cinnamon, clove and roses on the big nose. Smooth entry to tart cherry and ripe raspberry, crabapple cider. .

Super pretty. I love that. But also robust. Those who think Pinot is weak should try this. It’s some serious wine for a Bourgogne Rouge. Longer finish than you expect. Tight dark fruit. Really good. 2022 — 4 months ago
